Raducanu, aged 22 was scheduled to compete in Tokyo and Hong Kong but opted to return home to recover prior to beginning next year's training.
Her upcoming training will involve coach Francisco Roig, as both individuals have agreed to work together again next season.
She underwent blood pressure monitoring during her first-round match versus Ann Li in Wuhan last week and withdrew when losing 6-1 4-1 on an oppressively humid day.
She again required medical attention at this week's Ningbo Open, where she lost in three sets to Chinese wildcard Zhu Lin in round one.
Her movement was noticeably restricted in the final set in the match with Zhu because of a lower back issue that has been a concern at times this year.
Those results signaled a promising season, in which she climbed into the top 30 globally after a long gap in more than three years, concluded with three straight losses.
The athlete was close to victory with three match points then was defeated by Jessica Pegula in the third stage in Beijing last month.
Raducanu won 28 matches this year and made it to the semi-final round in the Washington tournament, but her standout performance was at the Miami event in March.
Ranked first in Britain advanced to the quarters of this WTA 1000 tournament, defeating eighth seed Emma Navarro on the way before losing in three sets to the world number four Pegula.
She was coached by Mark Petchey from the Miami event through Wimbledon, with Roig taking over in time for the US Open.
The original arrangement with the former trainer of Nadal was through the season's conclusion but the partnership will continue, with a training block pencilled in late this year.
Raducanu told that a three-day test period with Roig after Wimbledon was like a "secret mission" as they aimed to maintain secrecy.
The player was close to overcoming Sabalenka, the world number one at their first tournament together in Cincinnati in August.
Roig was also with Raducanu in the New York tournament, where she made the third stage before being beaten by 2022 Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina.
